Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TwoRep. By using the App you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use TwoRep. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at support@tworep.com if you believe your account has been compromised
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Acceptable Use

TwoRep is a fitness partner matching platform. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: finding training partners, logging workouts, and communicating with gym buddies.

3.1 You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for dating, solicitation, or any romantic/sexual purpose — TwoRep is a fitness app, not a dating app
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or create a false identity
• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

3.2 Fitness content only

The App is designed for fitness-related communication. Keep interactions relevant to training, workout planning, and gym culture.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in TwoRep (e.g. workout logs, profile information, messages).

By using TwoRep, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

5. Safety — Reporting & Blocking

TwoRep provides tools to help keep the community safe:

• Report: You can report users whose behaviour violates these Terms using the in-app report function.
• Block: You can block any user to prevent them from seeing your profile or contacting you.

Reports are reviewed by our team. We may take action including warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans. For immediate safety concerns, contact your local emergency services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in TwoRep (excluding user-generated content) are owned by TwoRep or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TwoRep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Important: TwoRep is not a medical service. Nothing in the App constitutes medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwoRep shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Personal injury arising from use of the App or gym activities coordinated through it
• Conduct of other users (TwoRep is not responsible for what users do offline)

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Account Termination

10.1 By you

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent. Your personal data will be anonymised and deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is used for illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law

We will give you reasonable notice unless the violation is severe or we are legally prevented from doing so.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via push notification or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect (except where required by law). Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
